Roe Minor has developed a select team of professionals that are committed to our clients, our profession, and the company. Our company pride is cumulative and every member of the firm understands our high expectations and commitment to the client. Employees are subject to a careful selection and initiation process. Associate professionals are all college graduates and have training from various graduate schools and/or professional programs. In addition, they receive training under senior appraisers and the principals.
