The Appraisal Institute continues to be the preeminent professional organization for real estate appraisers and consultants. The South Florida Chapter has over 550 members and is among the largest chapters in the Nation. As president Charlie will travel to Austin, Chicago, and Orlando in 2008 for meetings to represent the South Florida members and promote benefits of the Appraisal Institute to his clients.
